I Love this product !

This is one of the first products that I've purchased that has actually worked exactly as advertised. It cools your face just like it should, and it is an exceptional serum with so many benefits to the skin. It's a lifesaver for anyone suffering with redness and flaming heat in their face and for anti aging with lots of hydration. Worth the money, for sure.

Has nice cool feeling, not greasy feeling

light weight serum and it’s very cooling and depuffing because it has a cold metal applicator. i’m still not entirely sure of the benefits because i don’t notice a change in my skin or have seen any lifting yet so i’m just using it to tone and depuff my face in the morning.

This roller feels so. darn. nice. It is cool and refreshing and feels like a nice mini spa massage. I'm not sure about the long term lifting effect and wrinkle reduction, but my face is happier since using it. I know I already said it, but it feels phenomenal. I'll buy again when I run out!

I couldn't fully understand what this product was when I ordered it. I expected it to be something I needed to keep in the freezer to somehow mix serum and water together for a mini ice facial. Instead, it's a cooling menthol-infused serum with a built-in roller bar for easy application. I've used similar roller dispensers on high-end skincare products, generally for neck care products intended to increase firmness and lift. I don't know if this serum is doing a whole lot for the health or appearance of my skin, but it does feel pretty darn good in the mornings. I tend to swipe a light exfoliator pad across my skin first thing in the morning, then follow with this serum, and that wakes me up enough to go get coffee. The aloe in this product also helps calm any irritation I might have from the exfoliator I've just used, so that's nice, too. I love anything that makes mornings a little easier, and that's what this stuff does. Most days, I don't even use my hands to tap it in!

This stuff might not be the most effective serum out there in terms of anti-aging, but for a cooling and hydrating boost, it's great. And at under thirty bucks, it's fairly priced, too. Best of all, it's 100% vegan and cruelty-free, and is even certified as such by PETA! No stupid animal testing here--I love that!

The first product I received somehow arrived completely broken, but the seller kindly sent a replacement. The tube is in a sealed box. I recommend refrigerating the roller. I didn't notice any cooling from the serum itself, and the metal warms up quickly. It works well though I suggest buying a roller tool if you plan on doing this regularly since the tube/tool is not reusable. The serum has a light, refreshing scent (no added fragrance) and is lightweight, without tackiness. I haven't noticed visible results, but I'm willing to believe it's helpful nevertheless. It's well priced at $26.

Love the cool soothing feeling. Can definitely tell my eyes have perked up after use.

The packaging is pretty cute. The metal roller along with the menthol in the serum does give a mild "cooling" sensation that is refreshing but it is not very strong. I may place the product in the refrigerator to try and amplify the sensation. The scent of the product is a bit minty but dries down to a more neutral smell. The serum does feel soothing though and leaves my skin feeling smoother. It is a nice product to use during the summer months.
